Jacqui’s history of working in the field of service provision was evident as she assisted Service Providers to come up with Client focused solutions in the scenario session of the day. Service Providers are very tuned into listening to individuals who can relate to their day to day issues and challenges in the workplace and the community services setting and Jacqui did this beautifully while still being able to reinforce the changing responsibilities and focus of the Service Providers at all times bringing the Service Providers back to Client inclusion and decision making. I see myself as an extension of you! That is, the person in the office or out in the community who just doesn't have time to do everything right now. Every one is busy and there are so many changes happening around us that it is o'kay to ask for help.
I have developed extensive program and project management skills working with Government, private and not-for-profit businesses for over 20 years on strategies, change, capacity building, improving customer relationships and harnessing positive organisational culture.
After successfully leading small and large project teams; managing a business of 75 staff and volunteers, a volunteer group of over 500 and been involved with sector development I founded Consultivation in 2016 enabling me to help people like you as well as businesses and communities like yours to flourish.
I am a member of the WA Suicide Prevention Network, NDIS Trainers Community of Practice, the Making LGBTI Inclusivity Happen in Aged Care Community of Practice and am a Board Member of GRAI - GLBTI Rights in Ageing.

I have significant knowledge and skills in the Wellness Philosophy, am passionate about elder abuse prevention and am an award winning program designer.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science, a Graduate Diploma of Arts in Counselling and Master in Counselling. I have also completed Graduate Certificates in the Australian Business Excellence Framework in the areas of organisational self-assessment and evaluation and am available to help your organisation and people to flourish.
