On International Women’s Day 2019 we give thanks for the amazing, strong, supportive and intelligent women we work and connect with.

Within the global theme of ‘Think equal, build smart, innovate for change’ we would like to share that we support this by fostering:

1. Spirit of entrepreneurship
We encourage creative thinking attracting innovative and adaptable people.

2. Flexible business environment
We work in an agile and productive manner  enabling workers to integrate and balance life commitments thereby supporting and encouraging women to participate in the workforce.

3. Ethical leadership driving sustainable change
We are a values based organisation attracting professional people who produce quality products and services.  We believe in building and supporting others to succeed through collaborative approaches using a combination of robust, evidence-based and creative strategies enabling change to be sustainable once we are no longer involved.

At Consultivation, we have many opportunities to meet the most amazing people. The majority of our consultants are women, most of our strategic partners are women and most of the people we engage with in our day to day work are women.

Today, we thankyou each of you – those in our video and those who are not – you are inspiring, supportive and exceptional.

And to the men in our lives and in our work – we give thanks to you -  for you too help us to succeed.
